Cancel by January 17 - $80 Cancellation Fee Per person
Cancel by Februrary 10 - 60% Refund
Cancel by Februrary 24 - 30% Refund
Cancel After February 25 - No Refund

25% deposit is due upon confirmation of reservation. Full payment due is by January 17, 2026. MCCS Tours + will make every effort to adhere to the itinerary. However, we reserve the right to make changes for reasons beyond our control or cancel the tour if the minimum of number is not met.
