Aquatic Centers
The MCCS Aquatics program provides a full spectrum of recreational and instructional activities in a safe, healthy, fun environment which aids in the development of life skills and builds resiliency. Drowning prevention is a key theme for Aquatics with a focus on prevention awareness.
Training Tank
The Training Tank, located next to the Sunset Cinema, is heated, open year round and offers Marines, Sailors and family members an Olympic-size swimming pool for training and recreational swimming. All ranks are welcome. The Training Tank is available for unit training, lap swimming, recreational swimming, physical therapy and water aerobics. It can also be reserved for pool parties on a seasonal basis. The Training Tank is the home of the Combat Center Swim Team.

Family Pool
The Family Pool on Cottontail Road features deluxe amenities and swimming classes throughout the summer. With an individual children’s pool, water tree and sunbathing chairs as well as covered areas, this pool is great for a day out in the sunny summer heat. The Family Pool offers recreational and lap swimming. It can also be reserved for pool parties on a seasonal basis. Throughout the summer, the Family Pool is home to the Learn to Swim Program, which offers lessons for all ages.
Hilltop Pool
The Hilltop pool offers family members the unique experience of sunbathing and water play right next to the Frontline Restaurant. Let the kids enjoy a children's slide while you sun poolside or take a dip in the deep end. It can also be reserved for pool parties on a seasonal basis. Hilltop pool also servs as a secondary training facility for Active Duty members during the summer season.
