HARD CORE IT OUTDOORS
Del Valle Fitness Area is an elite outdoor strength and conditioning facility suitable for Unit PT or individual workout sessions year-round. It features 12 platform pavilions equipped with racks, benches, pull-up bars, dip bars, barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls and adjustable dumbbells. Additional equipment available includes rowers, assault bikes, strongman fingers, sleds, wheel barrows, atlas stones and Husafell stones, as well as a plethora of tactical equipment such as weighted vests, ammo cans, sand bags, sledge hammers, tires, grappling dummies and litter carriers and more. The space also consists of two 100 yard fields ideal for developing speed, endurance and agility, a dirt track featuring tactical obstacles, HITT lockers and a tactical movement obstacle course making this space a premier facility for all readiness and resiliency needs. Del Valle Fitness Area is open to active duty, dependents and all authorized patrons.

GYM ETIQUETTE:
- Wipe down all equipment before and after use
- Shoes required at all times
- It is recommended that a towel be placed as a barrier between body and equipment/floor during exercise
- Reservations not required but highly recommended as reservations take priority
