• Cancel by Nov 15, 2026 → Full Refund (No Fee)
• Cancel by Nov 25, 2026 → 70% Refund (30% Fee)
• Cancel by Dec 1, 2026 → 50% Refund (50% Fee)
• Cancel after Dec 1, 2026 → No Refund
