DoWEA schools will begin conducting the Presidential Fitness Test; sign up now and help them prepare!
Open to children ages 6 - 17, and ages 18 and 19 (still in high school).
- Shuttle Run (Beep Test)
- Planks
- Push-ups
Earn the Presidential Award
Two levels of achievement - Presidential and National - recognize students who meet established fitness benchmarks, while all students who complete the test receive a Certificate of Participation and a medal.
Register by 2:00pm on July 22.
Download and complete the REQUIRED Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless from Liability Agreement and please bring it with you to the event.
*Please note: If your child is enrolled in the SAC/CYP on base and will be there on July 23, please choose the 10:00 -11:30am time frame. Children will be escorted to the event by staff.
