- Participants are required to follow MCAS Iwakuni Travel Guidelines for Tokyo Prefecture.
- If the minimum number of guests needed for this tour (15) is not reached by November 20, the tour will be canceled and money will be refunded.
- If guest cancellation is made on or before November 20, there is a $5 cancellation fee per person.
- If guest cancellation is made between November 21 and December 10, there is a $5 cancellation fee per person, and 50% of the quoted room rate will be charged.
- If guest cancellation is made on or after December 11, there is no refund.
