About the Event

The Kinser Half Marathon is a competitive installation‑wide run where participants can earn unit participation points and performance points that contribute to the Southern CC Cup, Northern CC Cup, and Combined CG Cup standings.

This registration page is for unit points only and is free.
If you want to receive event items (t‑shirt, medal) and be eligible for awards, you must also complete the main Eventbrite registration and select a paid option.

Eventbrite Registration Options

• Option 1 – $50: Event t‑shirt + completion medal
• Option 2 – $25: Medal only
• Option 3 – $10: No t‑shirt or medal, but still eligible for awards

Participant Eligibility: Open to all who are listed on a unit Alpha roster or Morning Report

Location & Schedule

• Event Location: Kinser Fitness Center
• Event Date: November 15, 2026
• Race Start: 0805

Check‑In:
• 0630–0730 at the Kinser Fitness Center

Mandatory Participant Brief:
• 0735 in the Kinser Athletics parking lot

Pre‑Race Warm‑Up:
• 0745, led by Health Promotions

Registration Deadline: November 11 at 2330.

 

CC Cup Scoring Overview
1. Division‑Specific Ranking

• Southern units earn points by competing against Southern units.
• Northern units earn points by competing against Northern units.
• All units are ranked together for Combined CG Cup points.

2. Participation Points (Awarded based on the number of eligible runners who complete the event)

• 1–5 finishers: 5 points
• 6–10 finishers: 7 points
• 11+ finishers: 10 points

3. Performance Points (Awarded to the top five finishers in each division and overall)

• 1st Place: 10 points
• 2nd Place: 6 points
• 3rd Place: 4 points
• 4th Place: 3 points
• 5th Place: 2 points
