Do you have what it takes to join the elite? Earn your spot in the 1,000/750 Pound Club by reaching a combined total of 1,000 lb or 750 lb across the squat, bench press, and deadlift. This exclusive club honors the strongest lifters on base and serves as a true benchmark of power and dedication.

Competition Rules:

  • Time Limit: Complete all three max rep lifts—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift—within 90 minutes
  • Attempts: You have two attempts per lift. If the first attempt fails, the second must be at the same weight or heavier
  • Judging: A judge must verify and approve each lift
  • Variations Allowed:
    • Squat: Back Squat, Front Squat, or Zercher Squat
    • Deadlift: Conventional or Sumo
  • Form Requirements: Excessive back arch on the bench press is not permitted

Equipment Restrictions:

  • Not Allowed: Lifting straps, knee wraps, or lifting shirts

  • Required: Shoes must remain on during all lifts
