Test your strength and push your limits at the Powerlifting Meet, where participants compete in the ultimate showcase of power, endurance, and technique. This event challenges participants in three classic lifts: bench press, deadlift, and squat. Whether you're an experienced lifter or new to the sport, this meet is designed to foster camaraderie and a competitive spirit.

Events

The bench press is the ultimate test of upper body strength, targeting the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Competitors will push their limits under strict competition guidelines to achieve their maximum lift.
The deadlift challenges total body strength, requiring raw power and proper technique. Competitors will lift as much weight as possible from the ground to a full standing position while demonstrating control and form.
The squat is the foundation of strength training, testing lower body power and stability. Participants will perform a deep squat under heavy weight, proving their strength, mobility, and endurance.
